Tattoos and piercings wish list

Hello eveyone! For this blog post I wanted to share with you all of the piercings and tattoos that I would like in the future. I am not old enough to be getting any tattoos yet but when I am these are the ones that I am hoping to get. I have just the standard piercing in my ear lobe at the moment and this year I am hoping to get another part of my ear pierced (hopefully) but I am not sure what. I hope you enjoy reading this post! Emma:)

Tattoos:

Firstly I definatly want an infinity sign on my ribs and an anchor on the inside of my foot. On the other foot I would like a tattoo but I am not to sure what yet. I would love to get a tattoo on my hand. I do love the speech marks but I don't think that I will like them forever. I want to get a tattoo that has a meaning as well. For example a quote or something. I haven't quite decided on that one yet.

Piercings:

For piercings I want all of these ^. I am hoping to either get my Cartlidge or my seconds done this year. Then I will get a tragus peircing and then last of all I really want a tongue web peircing. This is meant to hurt the most and I won't be able to eat solids for a while but I think that it is worth it!

Some people may think that these won't look good or that I am too young to be getting all of this. Some people may even hate what I want but it is opinion and I like them. To be honest I might even change my mind on what I want!!

Sorry this post is so short but I hope you liked it

summer eye makeup feat. Colour Tattoo

hello!
so today's post is inspired by the gorgeous weather we have been having in England this weekend.

since the weather has been getting warmer the time has come to ditch the more wintery, slightly darker make-up for something light, fresh and summery so I thought i would show you the sort of eye make up that I wear on a summers day when i'm going out and want something a little more interesting then just mascara. I suppose it is slightly inspired by Zoella's recent spring make up video but using more affordable products. But first I wanted to quickly talk about  my current new favorite make up product.

a quick word on the Maybelline colour tattoo..

The main product i am going to be using is my Maybelline color tattoo from the eyestudio range in the shade 65- pink gold.  wanted to talk about it as it's probably my favorite eye shadow products I have ever purchased and is a much loved staple in many make up lovers kit .It It is such a gorgeous shimmery pink cream eyeshadow that has a hint of gold so it doesn't look at all barbie like. Once it has been blended it also looks quite subtle but still has that pinky shimmer which really brightens up your eyelid. It could be used either as a base or just are as the main feature. It is also really easy to blend either with your finger or a brush  and is a really nice creamy texture but is not too greasy or slippery. I was a bit concerned by the tiny size of the pot at first but you actually only need a very small amount so the tub should last a while. It promises to stay on for 24 hours and it does stay pretty well put, so much so that I did struggle a little bit with getting all the glittery bits off at the end of the day but it is worth that small hassle for a product that is so pretty. The only slight proper downside was the packaging and , I just don't like the label where the largest thing on there is the bar code and it just makes it look cheap and not very special. Apart from that I am really impressed with it and will be purchasing more colors soon.

onto the eye look...

N.B I didn't really want to go into the base (foundation, concealer etc.) branch of make up as it is quite a personal thing but I would just say that in summer I believe a light coverage or no coverage (if you are brave enough) is best!

1. to start my eye look, using my finger i smear a small amount of the pink gold color Tattoo onto my eyelid and then blend it out all over my eyelids with a Superdrug  blending brush

2. Next I take my Maybelline Big eyes pallet also from the Eyestudio range in the shade 01- luminous brown. I take the shimmery brown (in the bottom left hand corner) and using a Boots fluffy brush blend a small amount into the crease and slightly drag it down into the outer part of my eyelid and blend it using my Superdrug blending brush. This adds a bit more depth to the eyelid whilst still looking subtle

3. Then I take my MUA pearl eyeshadow in shade 1 (a pearly cream) and using a superdrug eye shadow brush drag it down the center of each eyelid before blending once again with my blending brush. This will help highlight the eyelid.

4. Using the Bigeyes pallet again I take the center goldy-cream colour which is the perfect colour and pigmentation for highlighting and apply a small amount into into the inner corners of the eyelid. Make sure to be subtle with this step and only use a small amount otherwise it will look unnatural. The best way to do it is look for the natraully light bits in the corners of the eye and just highlight there to enhance it.

5. After that it's on to eyeliner. In summer I ditch the black eyeliner for something lighter and more colorful. There is normally one of two eyeliner looks I go for. If I want to make my eyes pop I line my bottom water line with my Rimmel soft kohl eyeliner in 021- Denim blue. If I am going for a more defined eyelook I line my top lash line with the Collection Intense colour kohl penicl in 02- birdy song (dark brown)

 6. Finally onto mascara. For my top lashes I use a couple of coats of the YvesSaintLaurent volume effect faux cils mascara in Rich Brown. This mascara is a bit pricey but worth and is a gorgeous colour which is dark but still lighter then black, perfect for summer.  For my bottom lashes it has to be the Maybelline Great Lash mascara, with it's tiny precise wand it is the best mascara in my opinion for bottom lashes.

and that's my eye look. It's really simple and quick to do for when you just want to get out in the sun (hopefully!) and doesn't look to heavy or dark.

Bye for now
